- Sole full-time on-site resource on HUD project, which included management of all functional tasks, including administrative documents, meeting coordination, and updates on weekly and monthly reports - Prepared project business case for internal ITIM (Information Technology Investment Management) group at HUD resulting in score of 4.72/5.0, for 2nd highest agency score on investment business case - Prepared financial documents and binder materials for project’s quarterly audit and monthly plan

- Implemented and managed a pilot comprehensive grants compliance system, including on-site training and ongoing monitoring of Federal and state No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements - Managed caseload of 30+schools with grant funds totaling approximately $200 million, and resulted in an increase of nearly 80% of managed schools following protocols and becoming compliant- Worked closely with Edison financial staff and state educational agencies/districts to secure over $500K in state/federal categorical funds - Provided support to schools and financial managers regarding grant coding, OMB Circulars A-87 and A-110, state allowable grant expenditures, and NCLB programmatic requirements
