Program executive for the National Security and Department of Defense Business Sector. Manages up to 120 personnel across multiple technology verticals including Agile Software Development, Professional Broadcast (AV), Telecom, Satellite Earth Station and EF&I projects primarily supporting DHS, DoD, EOP, BLS and DoS. Provides business strategy and oversees planning, business development and business operations, including P&L for assigned business sector: ● Managed annual revenue of up to $22M with an average growth of over 11% annually while consistently improving profitability in existing programs.● Maintains a viable pipeline of qualified opportunities valued at over $439M.Team player with a focus on making the team successful. Led or participated in over 85 proposals company-wide supporting all aspects of the Business Development lifecycle that includes business development, capture, solutioning, proposal management, writing, reviewing and pricing. Executive responsible for the Maintenance Program of an agency consisting of 1220 selectively manned military, civilian and contract personnel advising 5 organizational level officers impacting over 360 technicians. Developed, directed and implemented maintenance and logistics related policies, procedures with daily oversight of operational readiness. Directly responsible for the implementation and integration of the logistics management system into the Agency's ERP suite of products. Contracting Officer Representative for a professional services contract totaling over $5.5M annually with up to 35 employees providing logistics, IT and maintenance support. Agency Subject Matter Expert / Principle Advisor on corporate and DoD maintenance policies and supportability.Accomplishments:● Project lead for a large scale enterprise software implementation, seamless integration of the product into the Agency's ERP suite of products that included the Business Process Redesign in 12 work centers. In 6 months, captured 3370 transactions and over $520K in costs, an increase of 175% over all of last year.● Managed the training development and classroom instruction for over 160 employees on the Agency's logistics management system. Acted as the primary instructor for a number of the training sessions.● Subject Matter Expert on corporate and DoD support plans, policies and supportability strategy, reviewed or drafted requirements documentation for telecommunications equipment.● COR for a professional services contract valued at over $5.5M annually. Led an elite communications teams in a nominative/selectively manned Joint Service Agency. Performed as a Project Manager responsible for worldwide support for the deployment and operation of the White House Communications Agency's leading telecommunications, IT and audio visual teams that directly supports the President, Vice President, United States Secret Service, senior White House staff, National Security Council, Department of Homeland Security, White House Military Office, and others as directed. Accomplishments:• Traveled 285 days worldwide leading teams with up to 33 employees; provided critical telecommunications systems with global reach-back capability via satellite and terrestrial links. • Project Manager, led 32 travel teams successfully conducting over 54 Presidential events providing telecommunications and Audio/Video support; maintained tight controls on risk, cost, time and quality.• Ensured the President and staff are able to communicate via voice, data and video at all classification levels from worldwide locations while maintaining over 500K in communications equipment.• Accounted for and safeguarded highly classified, sensitive and sophisticated communications security assets in support of the Presidential travel mission.

Fully accountable for the daily operations of the Maintenance Division consisting of 30 military and up to 35 contract employees supporting over 12000 pieces of radio, telecommunications and IT related equipment, 22 mobile communications vehicles, over 400 power support systems and 72 other radio communications platforms. Developed and implemented operating plans and policies, established financial controls and provided oversight for numerous projects that improved system operations and reduced lifecycle costs. Eliminated non-value added waste through business process redesign and continual process improvement in support of a geographically dispersed, highly mobile organization. Acted as the Program Manager for the Electronic Maintenance Training Development Program. Performed analysis, development and evaluation of maintenance related training programs and products. Provided subject matter expert (SME) input for logistics support plans, training aids and devices, doctrinal publications and integration of new systems into the training base. Represented the Training Directorate and Command at in-process reviews and related meetings with outside agencies. Military Advisor serving as a Senior Program Analyst to the Commanding General (Foreign Executive Level Leadership) of the SANG Maintenance Signal/Supply Unit, his staff and subordinate commanders on technical issues, designs, employment, acquisition, fielding and maintenance of tactical and strategic telecommunications systems throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Developed, maintained, trained and fielded new equipment in support of the SANG Signal Corps modernization effort. Maintained oversight on the repair parts acquisition process. Acted as the liaison between industry contractors and SANG maintenance organization. Accomplishments:● Supervisor noted, “Leadership, technical expertise and attention to detail enabled him to have a voice of authority in the area of electronic maintenance support throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia" ● Served as the Senior Program Analyst for the Signal Support Program and liaised between industry contractors and the SANG Signal Maintenance Unit Leadership.● Project lead for the implementation of an extensive supply and parts program valued in excess of $10M.● Coordinated with channel partners to improved supply chain management, which enhanced customer confidence in the U.S. military support team and reduced lag time by approximately 30%.

Senior Program Analyst assisting the ATSCOM in matters of maintenance, logistics, RESET and Force Modernization. (2003-2004) Oversaw and coordinated support and limited Depot level maintenance for 105 fixed base ATC facilities, 2 ATS Groups, 4 ATS Battalions and 15 separate ATS companies worldwide. Coordinated with DA Staff, FORSCOM, CECOM and separate Program Managers in matters of ATC maintenance including Force Modernization. (2002-2003) Accomplishments:● As a Senior Program Analyst, partnered with local staff elements, U.S. Army, and program managers on funding and support of new system acquisitions and planned the distribution of 8 major systems while managing over 230 items.● Collaborated with service level support organizations to rectify a funding issue that allowed the repair of 33 critical items that had languished disposition for over 2 years.● Coordinated reimbursement of over $1.2M in inappropriately charged funds.● Analyzed a subordinate unit’s budget, discovered and corrected a $1.7M budget shortfall.
