I sit at the front desk and make sure to help members scan in their memberships and schedule racquet ball court time. I schedule the nautilus training appointments - some times. I greet the members and get them to fill out the paper work to get trained on the nautilus machines - if it's their first time on the machines. I also do the count to see how many members are in the health and well being center each hour.

I stock and order supplies for 5 kitchens. I get files and scan them into the file traking system and I put mail into the files - the mail is called attachments and I put files back on the shelves.
