My experience spans multiple sectors and business types. I spent 10 years in public accounting, beginning as an auditor, followed by a valuation and forensic consultant at Alpern Rosenthal in Pittsburgh, PA. I moved into private accounting where I spent 4 years with Eye Surgeons of Indiana and the Surgical Care Center in Indianapolis as the Controller, helping the ophthalmic practice grow and change, and work with them to build a state of the art location in Indianapolis. I then spent 6 years with KBSO Consulting, beginning as the Business Operations Manager where I managed all aspects of finance, HR and marketing, and as the company grew rapidly I transitioned to the title Director of Finance where I was solely responsible for all financial aspects of the company. I am now the CFO for the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, the longest running ABA therapy provider in Indiana.
