-Detail engineering of Khurais onshore gas oil separation plant crude Increment 300MBCD, Aramco, Saudi Arabia: holding responsibility of condensate storage tanks & shipping pumps, flare system, oily water collection system, closed drains, and fuel gas: performed consistency check between FEED documents and client new submitted standards, Endorsed FEED design, performed calculations related to various equipment, control valves, Pressure relief valves and blowdown valves. updated simulations for the relevant systems, issued process deliverables for each system according to planned schedule, supported client with selection of equipment.-Detail engineering of water treatment plant to feed a fertilizer in Nigeria: Sized pumps, tanks, control valves, prepared equipment datasheets, process description, P&ID’s, checked vendor PID’s and documents, participated in design review with vendor.-Detail engineering, TOTAL bitumen storage and transfer system: Performed vessel, pump, hot oil coil calculations, filled out equipment/instrument data sheets, checked adequacy with existing installation, ensured technical coordination with other disciplines.

-Leading EPC project for modifications on BRN existing central processing facility with capacity of 120000bbl/d for the Groupement Sonatrach-Agip, modifications consist of adding a coalescing filtration unit for produced water treatment system, a separator; interconnection between separators of two gas trains, interconnection between Off-spec storage tanks, adding new oily water sump: Prepared P&IDs for relevant modifications, data sheets, process descriptions, sized equipment, attended HAZOP and closed action sheets. -Detail engineering of Lichindjili on shore treatment plant treating 2MSCMD for ENI in Congo, performed PSV sizing and BDV depressurization calculations, performed flare sizing with flarent Analyzer, generated flare & blowdown report. -FEED for Onshore central processing facility with total design capacity of 100000BPD and 200MMSCFD North Gialo 98, Libya: Developed process/utilities P&ID's, coordinated P&ID's activities with other disciplines for mechanization and review, involved in various utilities calculations.-Pre-FEED of Kaombo offshore FPSO project for TOTAL in Angola with a capacity of 115000bbl/d of oil treatment, involved in preparation of Topside P&ID’s, process design basis, equipment list, performed preliminary sizing of equipment mainly vessels (Three phase and two phases, Horizontal and vertical KO Drums) and pumps, determined chemical injection rates & utilities consumptions based on TOTAL Design Criteria and specifications.-Detail engineering of slug catcher project for the Groupement Sonatrach-Agip, performed fingers calculations as per Design Criteria and prepared operating manual. -Bid evaluation Bir el Massana development field, for Sonatrach consisting of central processing facility with a target of 12000bbl/d: updated process simulations, optimized gas-oil ratio for the new plant and optimized the heat exchangers number and duties, generated equipment data sheets for quotations and cost estimation.
