El Tripazo is a Web Series about two ordinary fans looking for extraordinary experiences. During 2017 we visited over 5 countries and generated over 20 audiovisual products. And in 2018 during the World Cup we traveled to 7 countries during 37 days. Resulting in 50 audiovisual products, we raised our brand reach to 4 million, and our fan base doubled in size. We generated content for the following brands: Tropical, Coca-Cola, BCR, Claro, AMPM, Adidas, JPS, y FIAT.

I was in charge of client relations as well as elaborating presentations and coordinating sales meetings with new and potential clients. I also worked on the development and creation of the company’s website.

Head of the Production department, I supervised and worked on producing web content for a variety clients such as: SOIN S.A, Super Perro, Avenida Escazú, Cachos, AutoPits, U.I.A. My role was to carry out and supervise all of the production stages. I also worked with the creative departments in all campaign strategies that included audiovisual content.

I developed the audiovisual aspects of the project and created and executed the social media marketing strategy to drive 95% weekly Facebook page engagement (41,000 followers community), reach of 1.5m viewers, and 8.9m impressions. I also was part of the team that pitched project to sponsors and raised enough capital to launch show/campaign (13 companies sponsored project).

Worked as Director and Producer for TV commercials for brands such as:Coca-Cola, FIFA, Spoon, Banco Nacional, Pastas Roma, Bimbo, etc. I worked with the ad agencies: Garnier BBDO,HWP*, Ogilvy, Madison DDB. I was involved in the pre-production, production, and post production phases and was head of film crews as large as 35 people.

I was in charge of the production and post-production of the segment iReport Aventurero in Costa Rica. I also had the opportunity to work abroad covering the Copa América 2011 in Argentina. Aventura Andina: a series of news reports focusing on “social adventures” in Perú and Ecuador, Especial Haití: we visited the Caribbean country in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity and the UN and did a series of reports focusing of the country’s status after the 2010 earthquake.

My duties included but were not limited to: reviewing production footage, selecting shots, working with the post-production department and writing the scripts for de advertorial segments during the international broadcast.
