With over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing learning and knowledge-sharing strategies for engineering organizations, I am passionate about enabling continuous development and innovation through collaboration and technology. My mission is to align learning and development programs with the organization's goals and strategies, identifying and assessing learning needs, and delivering an integrated learning strategy that balances experiential, social, and formal learning. Expertise-based knowledge management is key pillar to establish strategies for knowledge sharing, transferring, reusing, and applying expertise to solve technical engineering problems. I use artificial intelligence techniques to design the knowledge architecture, develop and implement retention of critical knowledge, and map the expertise of each knowledge-sharing community. My purpose is to foster a culture of learning and sharing that empowers engineers to grow and innovate.
