I enjoy writing ETL's using SQL and spend a lot of time responding to user tickets and requests. This involves pinpointing the issue the user brought up and determining the best way to fix the error or finding the root of the problem and having it fixed at its origin. I also spend time supporting our nightly and NRT jobs to make sure we meet our SLA regularly.

My main focus working at Kroger was QA testing of ETL processes and reports. I used SQL pretty heavily as well as Neo4j and some reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI.Our testing efforts helped ensure data was populated correctly and mappings were developed properly which all contributed to more complete item data for the Kroger website as well as its customer applications.
