In 2020, I was heavily involved with the creation and execution of several new administrative policies and procedures in support of our company's security response to COVID-19, many with a very short turnaround. Duties include but are not limited to:1. Lead Administrative Assistant- Supervise a small scheduling team, which manages 200+ employee schedules. This is in support of both Payroll and Billing. I ensure employee work time data and PTO is correct prior to data capture by Payroll, and I ensure job-codes and billing notes are correct in support of Billing and the Operations Manager.- Assist the Operations Manager with weekly Billing communications.- Office supply inventory management and ordering.- Take and compile meeting minutes at the quarterly senior-to-executive management meetings with site leadership.- Tasked to assist with employee contact tracing in 2020, due to my high level of discretion and professionalism.2. Badge Specialist- Operate the client's badging office. Follow client policy/procedure when creating new or reprinted employee security badges. Applications: Lenel, Cannon EOS, Filemaker, Photoshop.- Take employee and contractor badge photos in a studio setting, minor processing in Photoshop, provision of appropriate security access levels, and printing.- Be a point of contact for further information. While my abilities are limited to assist due to the client's choice to have separate departments manage different aspects, I took it upon myself to educate myself who manages what, so I could better assist.- Assist an international and domestic site with their badging needs.
