Scheduling trades and prioritising works within resources available in order to meet KPI set by the Department of Housing. Managing a large volume of phone calls on a day-to-day basis with regard to booking appointments with tenants, answering queries, checking statuses of works and varying works. Responding to a vast volume of emails regarding queries from Housing and Pindan regional branches. Successfully identifying, developing and maintaining key contractual relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Applying comprehensive understanding of Contract Technical Specifications when required. Continually developing a good knowledge base of trade technical knowledge required for variations/amendments to work orders. Communicating contractual and technical knowledge to the rest of the team to ensure prompt dissemination of information in a dynamic environment. Project document and records management skills. Thorough knowledge of management systems and their application (IFS, Sharepoint).
