During my time here at S & B systems, there are many responsibilities and tasks that I have accomplished.The main tasks of the job are but not limited to include creating detailed instructions on "how to" for clients to refer to when using the Accounting Software of Viewpoint. I have participated in learning the in's and the out's of viewpoint, by shadowing the CEO of the Company - Sandrah Vittands-Farwell- at clients in Michigan and in the Houston Area. I have helped create a positive word of mouth by participating in a 5 day convention in Portland helping build a customer base for S & B systems LLC.A few of my additional duties are to attend CMFMA meetings to listen to and learn about new accounting practices for the construction industry. Additionally, I am to attend online webinars for viewpoint to continuously improve my skill set. I have on the job training and knowledge of basic SQL which allows me to query and update data execute specific tasks from the back end of Viewpoint.

During my time at Edwards glass, I participated in helping the company achieve an organization on their meeting minuets, as I took detailed notes for the Project Manager. I was also in charge of managing the entire Accounts Payable side of the company, and writing up instructions on how to use Viewpoint Accounting Software.Managing Accounts payable included entering invoices into system, and paying out customers. This also included email correspondence to companies waiting on money and inquiring about invoices that the company may need to keep books balanced.

Worked as one of the 5 coordinators for this store for 2 years. During my time at Marshalls I moved between managing the home department, the front end and back end. When managing the front end I dealt with helping train cashiers and providing sales assistance to customers, and assisting cashiers on technical issues such as price checks, making new tickets for merchandise and assisting on returning items from customers. When managing the back end I dealt with daily deposits, and auditing the safe in the mornings and assisted in counting down registers at the end of the day after closing. When managing the home department I dealt with pushing merchandise from the back room to the floor and helped set up displays for holidays and big events in the store. The main goal was to help move products onto the floor as quickly as possible.

During my time working at MSU, I was employed by the MSU police department where my duties were to issue parking tickets to students around campus that were illegally parked and respond to calls for students who might need a tow or assistance with their vehicle. Additional duties were to help and assist students with but not limited to: directions, questions about tickets, helping students get their bikes unlocked, and lastly assisted in helpings students jump their vehicles that had dead batteries.
