Rachael is a recognized leader and brings to this role more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, sales and marketing. Rachael has been the Vice President Enterprise Customer Experience since October 2023. She leads a newly established organization dedicated to unifying and reimagining the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and value. Her team, compromising approximately 600 global team members, spans Customer Success, Customer Care, Customer Engagement, Business System and Process Transformation and Customer Issue Management. Rachael joined Rockwell Automation in 1997 as a trainee in our Leadership Development Program. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including New Product Manufacturing engineer, account sales engineer and sales manager, senior product manager, global business manager, Latin America Marketing & GTM Strategy, and regional vice president, North America Sales. Prior to her current role, Rachael served as the Vice President and General Manager for Global Services (CSM) from 2019-2023, overseeing approximately 3000 global employees. During her tenure, she drove above-market growth and performance for a $1B Services business, achieved multi-year double-digit growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and led the acquisition of three cybersecurity companies. With a passion for people, Rachael has served as a mentor helping employees define and achieve career development goals. In 2017 she was the Manufacturing Institute STEP Ahead award recipient for her outstanding work as a manufacturer, Rockwell Automation employee and leader in her community. In 2022, she was recognized by the Wisconsin Biz Times with the Notable Women in Manufacturing Award and she was selected as a Gold Globee Winner for Female Executive of the Year. Rachael holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Madison, Wisconsin, and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rachael currently serves on the board for UW-Madison Engineering School, the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin non-profit board, the Executive Advisory Board for TSIA, and the United Way Women's Leadership Committee.
