In my current position as a small business sales consultant my job is filled with customer service needs, as well as heavy sales and marketing. For each new customer, I discuss their needs with them and write my own orders but I also take calls from customers who have existing service and are running into issues – on these calls I work directly with provisioning, repair, and many other internal departments to resolve all customer complaints and find a resolution. My clientele are primarily small businesses in the Midwest region including Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan and we cater to their business communication needs such as business phone land-lines, DSL or U-Verse Internet, Cellular phones, Shared Web Hosting and a group of Tech Support products. For each customer that I speak with, I develop and maintain positive interactions and rapport, as well as using all my resources to troubleshoot any problems they are having.

As a Warranty Service Representative I dealt with all warranty, non-warranty, concession and paid-for-repair issues. I approved returns, assigned service tickets and return authorizations, modified and completed quotes and issued credits. I spoke with customers, inside sales reps and Sales Engineers continuously throughout the day and helped to troubleshoot issues to determine the best and most customer-friendly way to proceed. I was the key contact in helping resolve issues and in this position I used various systems to troubleshoot such as STMS, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
