I'm the regional officer for Sound Women based in the North East. I offer support and advice to people in this region, and help them with any contacts they made need.

I am the Music Officer for the Student Radio Association. I provide help and support to Student Stations across the UK with regards to music. I am organising interviews to go out across all stations, helping with the Student Radio Chart Show, along with a number of other jobs.

Contacting PR Companies, Record Companies and Pluggers to get the music we need for our daytime playlist, along with making and editing clocks for each show to make the overall sound of the Station. I am also responsible for scheduling, organising interviews with established artists.

I started off co-producing a Friday morning show, from November to late February, I have now gone on to present a Specialist Music Show, named Poison Oak, which plays Folk, Acoustic and Mellow Music, with occasional piano style music thrown in too!

Sourced the best in local music for airplay on Spark for the '6 til 6 local music promise' in which we played one local track an hour every day between 6am-6pm. I contacted bands for sessions and interviews and organised a few gigs.
