Administrative assistant to one of the owners of the program. Responsibilities included inventory management, advertising, schedule creation and maintenance, sales, quick books. Also leveraged my basketball experience to assist with practices, games, and skill sessions.

Managed and executed a project to move 7 years of the Agency's paper files into a paperless e-file system. I was responsible for sorting, scanning, e-filing all documentation into new system while maintaining HIPPA compliance. I reported directly to the Agency owner and performed mail merge campaigns and data entry of new sales leads on a daily basis.
