I own Ocelot Media LLC, a web design and marketing company located in Tigard. Since we moved to the PNW from California in 2018, we still have ties to the SF Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento. Many of our clients are still in these regions, and we do still welcome clients from California. However, our goal has always been to work with small local businesses, so we are working to expand our clientele to the Portland area. Every project is completely different, which has led me to refine multiple skill sets in this industry over the years. Most businesses approach me for a new website, but I always go above and beyond and look into what else they can do to improve their online presence. Often there are tools that they can utilize that will bring in more business than a website would. My skills include Wordpress web design and development, SEO, customized digital marketing strategy, and tech stack optimization.The last skill mentioned, tech stack optimization, is one of many titles for this kind of work. So what is it? Essentially, I review everything that you currently use in your business online. For example, this could include your email marketing platform, website, Google Workspace, and CRM. Most businesses sign up for these tools but only use a fraction of their capabilities. I work to determine the best workflow or customer journey and use the tools at hand to make everything run more effectively and efficiently.If you need to optimize your customer journey but don't know where to start or what the best CRM is for your uses, I love to do that research for you.
