I have a passion for project management and program development; working with youth and key community stakeholders to create meaningful programs that serve their needs. Implementing strategies to improve social emotional and mental health of youth has been a major drive for all of my work. I have a firm commitment and desire to serve the Ohio region where I have seen the needs of young people and the power that community connection can bring. My experience in youth athletics, childcare, and teen/family programming at YMCAs in Lancaster, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Marysville has fostered a core sense in valuing diversity and inclusion. I enjoy welcoming new opportunities to work in multiple team members and talents, expand on my own experiences, and take on new challenges.
