As a host at Heritage Steak and Whiskey, I provide excellent service and create memorable experiences for the guests at a fine dining establishment. I have been working in this role since November 2023, where I have developed my skills in communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.I also work as a host/server at Mabels BBQ, a popular and authentic restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. I have over two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where I have learned the ins and outs of restaurant operations, menu knowledge, and customer satisfaction. In addition to my work, I am a proud recipient of the Presidential Service Award, which I earned for completing over 200 hours of volunteer work in various community organizations. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and contribute to positive social change.
