The company was launched to rectify the unfair commission splits in the traditional real estate models. By developing a software platform from scratch to eliminate the high expenses of running a real estate office or franchise, I have created a haven for agents to list and sell with ease and reward them with very lucrative commissions. I am skilled in business, customer service, sales, marketing strategies, team building and strategic planning. I graduated from Deakin University in 2001 with a bachelor degree in international relations.
