We are Esther Haste and Rachael Leonard ~Guiding our clients, helping them to overcome limiting beliefs and enabling them to access and live their best lives!We use a variety of hypnotherapy treatments, mindfulness activities and EFT techniques to empower our clients and to help them to achieve their goalsWe ensure each session is bespoke. Each individual is unique and therefore each treatment is tailored and suited perfectly to you. We are co-owners and best friends. We entered this business as best friends of over 20 years, respecting each others skills and sharing a passion, vision and desire to create a successful mental health service for everyone to utilise and benefit from. We have both experienced the power of hypnotherapy ourselves and amazed at our own results, we felt we had to share this with others. Hypnotherapy and Relaxation clinic was born!

Rachael also works as a lecturer in biology - the combination of the two roles both compliment and enhance each other. Understanding human behaviours and the workings of neuroscience, helps us to guide our hypnotherapy clients to overcome limiting beliefs and reframe negative behaviours.
