WHAT I DO: As a Realtor, I represent buyers and/or sellers in residential real estate transactions. I serve as a facilitator throughout the transaction and help our clients navigate the process from start to finish. My primary focus is to provide the most positive experience for our clients as the relationship is always the priority. HOW I DO IT: Working alongside my business partner, Nicole McCabe, we are attentive to the needs of each client and tailor our services based on those needs. Our dedication, hard work ethic, timeliness, communication skills, and years of experience help earn our clients trust and build lasting relationships. While advocating and negotiating on behalf of our clients, we also work well with the other professionals on the transaction. This helps to minimize the stress and keep our clients calm and happy. WHO I WORK WITH: We work with buyers who are looking to purchase a property or sellers that are wanting to list a property they own. This includes first time home buyers, investors, and also the veterans who have previously been through the home buying and/or selling process. Nicole and I’s combined experience and skill sets allow our clients to feel comfortable and make informed decisions during the transaction process. MY BACKGROUND: I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, also known as The Biggest Little City in the World! I developed my strong work ethic from shadowing my father, who was also in the real estate industry. He taught me the importance of forming loyal, dependable partnerships with both clients and colleagues as it is the pathway to success for everyone. Arizona became my home when I moved here to go to Arizona State University. I earned my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Family and Human Development and went on to earn my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, all while maintaining high honors and Dean’s List status. I strongly believe that my educational background contributes to my success as a Realtor, especially building relationships and providing emotional support to clients.For enjoyment, I like to spend time with my family and friends, practice Pilates at Reformed, spin on my Peloton, read, eat great food, and drink great wine!
