Current responsibilities are selling services and amenities, responding to guest inquiries, provide register guests information about services available on resort property and the surrounding area. Verifying charges and credits are posted correctly to the corresponding guest folio. Collecting payments from guests. Maintaining front desk and lobby area are neat, organized and appealing and presentable to guests. Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise referring issues to upper management.

Responsibilities are scheduling technicians appointments, setting up customer accounts, and taking payments. Other duties include filing and scanning contracts, and dealing with customer relations.

Creating and maintaining consumer and business wireless accounts. Applying bills payments to customer accounts. Receiving and sending out store merchandise and transfers. Taking counts of inventory. Handling vendors to make sure that the right product is ordered for the store. Scheduling staff accordingly.

Creating and maintaining consumer wireless accounts, as well as setting up prepaid customer accounts. Ordering merchandise for department via Telxon ordering system. Setting up visual/audio displays for new products.
