I am a qualified Therapeutic Radiographer and HCPC registrant (RA66294) - I hold registration until February 2026, a BSc in Radiotherapy and a PGDip in Radiotherapy and Oncology. I also have CMI accredited leadership and management qualifications and RCA training.My present role sees me strategically leading and managing the quality, clinical governance, and risk agenda for medneo across all areas of the business within the UK. This includes the mobile diagnostic imaging arm, providing high quality mobile CT and MRI services to a range of NHS and independent partners across the UK with 20 mobile imaging trailers; within the private setting in central London. I work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure our services are safe, effective and of the highest standard. I am also a CQC Registered Manager for the service.My most recent achievement is leading my current employer through an unannounced CQC inspection in which we were rated Outstanding (Oct 2022).I have vast experience in both private healthcare and NHS hospitals around the UK, and pride myself on my project management skills in both the clinical and non-clinical environment. I can competently move ideas and service improvement points into actions and ensure that the patient experience and services provided are of superior quality. I am known for my organizational and management skills and feel this is one of my greatest attributes. I possess the ability to meet long and short terms deadlines and communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff, consultants, patients, carers and other members of the public. I have experience working at a senior level, leading a team and on individual projects. I am a quick thinker and l have developed advanced problem-solving skills by managing challenging issues. My successes include CHKS certification at a prestigious private hospital, leading on CQC visits and inspections (Outstanding rating achieved) and obtaining ISO9001, ISO27001, Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI), Data Protection Toolkit, Cyber Essentials+ and other healthcare related accreditation and certifications.
