Design and facilitate public-facing DEI workshops, including: -Healing from the Effects of Dysfunctional Dynamics - Creating Culture, Sharing Power- Antiracism as a Process and Practice- Navigating White Racial Identity & Shame

I support social justice organizations and networks to align there processes with anti-racist values; I offer one-on-one support for white people engaged in social & environmental change in the form of liberatory coaching; and I offer workshops and trainings that are designed to develop and deepen liberatory consciousness and a systems approach to social, racial, and environmental justice.

Through UFacilitate, I coach leaders in facilitating engaging and transformative experiences that bring about Connection, Collaboration and Co-creation. We believe that facilitation is a critical 21st Century leadership skill, and help to spread this skill to leaders in different organizations and sectors through the UFacilitate Coaching Process.
