Working under director and founder, Vivienne Corcoran, I have been assisting in research, client feedback and product branding for Marketing Logic and helping organisations develop marketing and business strategies.

In February 2017, I started a small music festival held in Gippsland, the aim of the festival was to highlight gender diverse emerging talent from Melbourne’s punk and pub rock scene to encourage networking and support within that community. The festival hosted a 25 act line up and over 200 tickets sold. Since then we have held several more events under the BUSH name

New and Approved is a Friday show on SYN that showcases new releases from the week My key responsibilities include:▪ Organising interviews with musicians.▪ Curating playlist▪ Sourcing new releases from various genres of music

Throughout this year I have been working as the Thursday Producer for 1700, a music program which showcases local musical acts and is free to air on Channel 31. My key responsibilities included: ▪ Teaching and leading a rotating group of five - seven volunteers in different aspects of broadcasting, including sound, camera, vision switching, live streaming & hosting.▪ Creating run-sheets and keeping the show running to time.

Stage School Australia is Victoria’s largest performing arts school with over 4000 students. I worked as the Receptionist at the head office and Site Manager of the Brunswick campus. My responsibilities in this role include: ▪ Managing a high volume of calls, greeting clients, suppliers and couriers.▪ General admin, maintaining stationery levels, managing mail/deliveries, filing, responding to emails and processing payments and enrolments▪ Site managers are responsible for set up of equipment and rooms, as well as being the onsite ambassador for the company, and customer service representative. Site managers are also the First Aid and OH&S representative at venues.

I was included in the inaugural year of upstart live, the video podcast section of upstart. My key responsibilities included:▪ Writing copy and securing interviews for packages▪ Presenting, conducting interviews and keeping the show on time

Participation in the upstart team is an exclusive opportunity La Trobe offers to leaders in the journalism department. My key responsibilities included:▪ Working in a small team, both leading content writers and answering to higher Editors▪ Maintaining the upstart website▪ Commissioning online content for my section, editing and publishing pieces online and writing online content▪ Familiarity with Reuter style guide

I edited and distributed the monthly magazine.I also assisted with cover design, layout and the creation rabelais.com.au. I was entrusted with the budget and my role also included gaining advertisements and negotiating with our printing company. I also organised student events to promote collaboration with the free student magazine. This is a position that I campaigned for and was selected for by the student population in August 2014.

The Wigs Cellar is a boutique wine store on Queen Street, in addition to basic retail and wine knowledge my key responsibilities included:▪ organising drinks catering for offices in the CBD and corporate gifts▪ Basic accounting and book keeping▪ Taking phone orders and maintaining friendly relationships with regular clients
