I run BF Adventure's Skills for Work department, largely working with young people aged 14 - 25 who are out of education and employment. I provide bespoke wrap around support and IAG in order to overcome barriers and bring about positive change. I design and deliver accredited programmes, handle monitoring and reporting and work with other agencies and services to ensure joined up working. I line manage a team of instructors/youth workers and act as a duty manager to support daily operations on our 60-acre site.

Delivering sessions in an LGBTQ+ focused youth group setting. I work to ensure there is a safe and supportive environment and to support young people to socialise and support each other whilst also providing 1:1 Information Advice and Guidance.
