My contribution is a useful blend of clinical, research, education, and commercial experience. I am a registered veterinarian with 10 years’ clinical experience in NZ and the UK. My passion is veterinary behaviour and animal welfare, where I have a further 15 years’ experience in research, teaching, and clinical referral practice in university and private sector environments. As a veterinary behaviourist, I see clinical behaviour cases in New Zealand through my business Tail Therapy - Veterinary Behaviour Solutions www.TailTherapy.nz .I'm also engaged in teaching (tertiary students, professional development), presenting, research, expert opinion, and consultancy on animal behaviour and welfare. I have experience managing, designing, and conducting contract research projects in commercial pharma regulatory environments.Throughout my various consultancy projects, I enjoy developing relationships, working in collaboration with stakeholders in a positive team culture.
