Skills/Responsibilities: Coordination of centralised Payroll department for up to 33 payrolls including over 8000 employees across all Bosch UK sites. This includes coordinating the workload of a team of 5 people to ensure all tasks are completed accurately. Responding to payroll queries from a high number of stakeholders, Advising my team on Payroll matters, Liaising with and payment to HMRC, Administering company Pension Scheme, Childcare voucher scheme and Company Credit cards, Overseeing Expense process. During this role I am responsible for coordination of the Annual Salary Review as well as the coordination of all company bonuses schemes.

Skills/Responsibilities: Running end to end Payroll for up to 1800 people, Dealing with customer queries and ensuring these are responded to in a timely manner, Calculating and payment of Pensions, Liasing with Third Party Providers.
