Volunteered and trained as a General Advisor helping clients in the issues they are experiencing such as welfare, litigation, family law and consumer rights, whilst upholding confidentiality and sensitivity to the clients situation. As a general advisor I interacted with the clients and engaged with them in order to retrieve relevant information whilst practicing excellent client care skills. Clients cases were resolved by negotiating and analytical skills of legal research to which then was discussed with the client with supervision.
