My responsibilities as a lead salesperson/interior designer include meeting with clients about their home renovations, listening to their needs, finding design solutions, preparing estimates and presentations, presenting design solutions, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout their entire project from first meeting to completion.● Self-motivated company leader in sales, closing over two thirds of client proposals. Experience closing six figure projects regularly. 1.8 million in sales in 2022, selling more than half of the company's total sales and creating more than half of the company's revenue.● Relationship building with prospective clients at point of contact. Setting up and taking initial meetings, establishing trust by listening to their needs and finding solutions. ● Prepare and present a personalized proposal for each client and present it to them with 3D visuals and pricing.● Use my design expertise to work with the client throughout the creative and problem-solving process. Advocating for client during our working relationship to ensure expectations and needs are meant and implemented.● Provide final pricing, order project materials, and create a job book in preparation for the start of projects and to meet deadlines.● Work with project leads and various subcontractors throughout production of every project - communicating, consulting, troubleshooting, ensuring the client is 100 percent happy with the final product.● Lead team of four designers by mentoring, assisting, troubleshooting, and creating an overall positive team environment.● Exceptional rapport with current and new customers to guarantee ongoing sales and building customer relationships for life.
