I adjust/process Medical and dental claims per SOP work instructions.

I assist account managers with their accounts by acting as the liaison between, production, distribution, product development, customer service, quality & inventory to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. I also provide daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports that range from Inventory, financials, shipping records, order accuracy ETC. The accounts I assisted with were of the highest revenue for our facility (over $100 Million in revenue annually).

As orders would come in, I would fulfill the items that the customer ordered. If there were instances where the item was sold out, I would substitute it for the closest match I could find. While fulfilling orders, I would answer any customer questions I could while continuing to keep track of how much time has passed since starting my assigned orders. I would also dispense the customers' orders to their vehicles and ensured they were aware of any substitutions that were made. I also assisted with conflicts and problem solving when the occasion would arise to ensure the team could operate as smoothly as possible.

I would install parts onto the vehicles as they came down the assembly line. I would also have to check the vehicles for any defects, and let someone know if I noticed one.

As a production scheduler it was my responsibility to check inventory to ensure orders were able to be fulfilled. If there was a discrepancy in the inventory, I would have to figure out why on many occasions. I would send out reports daily to multiple people summarizing my findings for the day. If ever my co-workers were absent, or late I would assist my manager in filling that spot. Most of my time was spent in excel making pivot tables, and using the Vlookup function to compare data, but I also had to multi-task, and ensure my emails were all answered/ prioritized.

I would assist customers with the checking out process, and answer any questions they had. At the end of my shift I would take back the unwanted items to their corresponding places on the shelves.
