Rachael Abt has been a constant in Atlanta brand marketing for over two decades, commencing her advertising career by supporting creative development on Delta AirLines campaigns during the 1996 Summer Olympic Games at BBDO Atlanta. She then joined WestWayne (now 22squared) to manage BellSouth Mobility, Cingular and AT&T Wireless campaigns involving strategic production of TV commercials, radio broadcasts, collateral development, direct mail and print advertising. She then entered the digital marketing arena by joining 360i.com, to launch advertising campaigns for start-up companies and major corporations. With that valuable experience, Rachael then united with MS&L Group to drive both traditional creative strategy and digital marketing for integrated communications and employee-based internal communications on major Atlanta brands such as: BellSouth/AT&T, The Coca-Cola Company, UPS Supply Chain, GE Power Systems and The Condo Store. She was also instrumental in bringing new business to the firm with a focus in multi-family real estate development. Based on Rachael’s exposure to real estate marketing at MS&L, she made the leap to found Land of Eden, LLC in 2004 to provide creative strategy to mid-size businesses and start-up corporations. Rachael’s independent portfolio of clients has been primarily focused on real estate marketing for multi-family communities and mixed use developments for Atlanta based firms such as Catalyst Development Partners and Perennial Properties. Additionally, Rachael has played an integral role in rebranding Atlanta-based construction law firm, Hendricks, Phillips, Salzman & Siegel, with a complete website redesign and strategic influence over brand positioning of respective attorneys within their industry. At present, Rachael is 100% dedicated to Catalyst Development Partners as Director of Marketing for their expansive and impressive project portfolio.
