Current-Manage the box office and ticketing, concert set-up, front-of-house and back-of-house logistics, and other day-of-show responsibilities-Coordinate with our operations partners for day-of-show (stage, piano, tuning, recording, videographer, photographer, etc.)-Oversee creation of printed materials (programs, posters, program notes, etc.)--Prepare and manage ads for online and local promotion-Assist in the preparation of press releases by Lee University-Copywriting for all print and digital materials-Act as Artist Liaison, including rehearsals, day-of-show, hospitality, and post-concert duties.-Prepare grant proposals and reports with the assistance of Lee University’s Grant Writing Office -Track all donations and send thank-you notes-Develop and maintain good relationships with key donors, sponsors, partnering organizations, and Lee University Advancement Department personnel-Assist in growing sponsorships and research funding opportunities for each season- Advance Donor re-engagement and produce fundraising mailings-Prepare invoices for vendors, sponsors, and artists-Track expenses and revenue, reconciling informal ledger with university general ledger-Create projected budgets for each season, prepare year-to-date budgets and generate financial reports as needed.-Manage String Theory Assistant in coordination of education/community outreach events, Annual Family Concert, and the Community Engagement Residency (week-long) logistics between the schools-Recruit, train, and manage the String Theory Interns program
