Maintain working relationships with the Lifesaving, Surf Sport and Education Departments to ensure compliance of essential rescue gear and equipment policies for products supplied nationally via the online store. Assist in retail projects such as at-event merchandising. Liaised with National Marketing Manager for the development and completion of Online store marketing campaigns, including Annual promotions, end of stock, season sale. Proactively engage with customers to increase the sale of equipment through the online store. Stock level monitoring and restock order generation. Monitoring cash-flow, budget awareness for purchase recommendations. Liaise with existing suppliers, warehouse staff, Customer Service Representatives and finance department to coordinate stock and customer service. Identifying new product opportunities, sourcing suppliers and manufacturers. Manage customer account queries, orders, credits, exchanges. Website updates, maintaining content currency, accurate and relevant product information, and general usability. Day to day administration of the Surf Life Saving online store. Establish business rules, policies and procedures for the operating environment of the online store.
Coordinate interstate travel; booking airfares, accommodation, conference facilities and catering for various committee and board meetings regularly throughout the year. Minute taking at national education meetings, producing accurate minutes in a timely manner. Create and maintain secure filing system for student education and qualification records. Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the National Training and Education Manager. Assist with preparation annual unit of competency and qualification reporting within the Australian Qualifications Framework. Compile and present statistics and other data and reports relating to Surf Life Saving Australia’s Academy projects and programs. Maintain Registered Training Organisational records, data and systems, to support operations.
Assisted in coordinating various events. Key event being an annual golf tournament held at Turnberry in Scotland. Coordination including airfares, accommodation, transfers, catering, prizes, registration systems and all onsite logistics and hospitality required for the Global Marketing Team. Other events included Executive Golf Days at Wentworth Golf Course, Opera Evenings.
