Since starting at City Care I have been privileged to work across a number of divisions and been given the opportunity to develop my skills through internal promotions. I have been involved in growth of the company due to the earthquakes in Christchurch to running a large redundancy process due to a loss of a long standing contract. I have had the opportunity to work with different teams such as O&D, Recruitment and a Management team. I provide well-organised operational support and advice to my assigned client groups on HR matters such as employment relations, change management, staff training, performance & disciplinary management, remuneration, recruitment, induction, talent management.
