Employment & Skills Partner with the Skills and Emerging Talent team at Thames Water, helping to realise our ambitious Skills Strategy. Key activity includes developing pathways for under represented and disadvantaged communities through targeted community outreach, stakeholder engagement and carefully designed employment and skills interventions. Responsible for developing pathways for young people, refugees, domestic abuse survivors, long-term unemployed and armed forces leavers. I also support pathways for prison leavers, care leavers and disabled and neurodivergent. I also develop and manage our comms plan to ensure that we are sharing the good news stories and raise awareness of the disadvantages some people experience. Alongside this role I am also a serving Army Reservist.
