Rachael is a facilitator, theatre maker and producer.As a facilitator and teaching artist, Rachael uses the principles of storytelling, improvisation, adaptability and collaboration to help teams and individuals work together more creatively and cohesively and find ways to connect their bodies, intellect and imagination within professional contexts.As an actor and theatre maker, Rachael works closely with creative teams to create theatre that is shown in national and international festivals and venues. Rachael has a particular fascination with personal story and its relationship to meta-narrative within local and global contexts.As a producer, Rachael produces artistic events from concept to delivery in organisations, local government and community contexts. She also connects, supports and advocates for artists and arts communities.Rachael has a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts from UNITEC, Auckland and has worked with theatre companies, independent artists, film makers, festivals and in the corporate, community and education sectors.
