Supervise 2 staff members, including a Data Manager. Oversee adoption of agency wide KPIs and the creation of data management dashboards in Salesforce.• Helped secure Foundation’s largest gift on record: $5M from the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation• Successfully established the Campaign for Inclusive Care, a joint initiative with Veteran’s Affairs (VA) to implement a system-wide approach to caregiver inclusion. • Wrote proposal for (and received) the initial $750K grant from USAA. -Designed program to include formative research from Duke University and UT Health San Antonio with the ambitious goal of creating systemic change within the VA, the largest integrated healthcare provider in the US.
