Rachael speaks and writes about disruptive technology, AI, CTE, STEM, and careers. She is the author of the children’s books, The Things You’ll Grow and The Spaces You Will Go, author of the CTSO Competition Companion, coauthor of The Martians in Your Classroom, and contributing author to professional journals and publications. Rachael is the host of the NCLA Podcast, where she interviews the leading CTE experts from across the continent and shares best practices in career and technical education.Rachael holds an MA in educational leadership and has 14 years of classroom teaching experience in a range of subjects, including child development, science, technology, and culinary arts. Ms. Mann’s experience includes her work as the Network to Transform Teaching State Director, the Professional Learning Director of STEM, and the Arizona State Director for Educators Rising, and CTE Director.
