In addition to my full-time CSM role, I initiated a 3-month UX design internship with the VP of Design at BlueJeans. During my internship, I was the lead designer for the self-view icon feature enhancement.- Conducted competitive analysis, designed wireframes, and usability tested my fidelity prototypes with real customers utilizing Usability hub. - Handed off my designs to engineers via JIRA & Zeplin.
