Rachael Miller has over 16 years of experience in management consulting specializing in the energy efficiency sector. She currently serves on ICF's Energy, Environment and Infrastructure (EEI) Utility Programs & Services (UPS) Division with a focus on commercial and residential energy efficiency operations management. The team includes energy analysts, customer service specialists, account managers, marketers, engineers, quality control field inspectors, IT specialists, and program managers. The team provides full-service support to energy and water efficiency programs across the country as well as to many other private clients and trade organizations. These services include demand side management potential studies, program planning and design, program implementation, and regulatory support. Rachael's work has included program design, implementation, and operations management for utility companies in Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, and Virginia.
