CurrentProvide the highest standard of customer support to our customers in any branch. Ensure all relationship bankers perform duties within bank policies and standards while adhering to bank polices and audit requirements. Including performing Relationship Banker duties as needed and supporting branch operations. Have a complete understanding of banking operational procedures gained through several years of operation experience is required. Strong computer and typing skills are needed. Knowledge of online banking systems is needed as well as demonstrated leadership skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to use and adapt to ever changing technology is also important. Communicate professionalism in every manner, including dressing to impress. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!
