I head up the operations team including the People function, Finance, Marketing and Sales at AgileCadence, a Microsoft Gold Partner headquartered in Scotland. Sometimes I wonder how I ended up working for a B2B technology company when my previous roles were all consumer focussed. But it turns out that technology is actually all about people. AgileCadence works with Microsoft Business Solutions to help make your business operate more efficiently. I’d like to think this makes your working life a bit better. In my role I have great fun working to grow the business. I can tell you all about how we’ve taken a small company to Microsoft Gold Partner status in less than two years, about how we’ve attracted and retained some of the most recognisable global brands, or that our biggest brag is that we’ve never lost a client.
