This job was largely customer service based with the requirement to provide premium customer service for premium products. Visual merchandising and product promotion were important for this job, with the jewellery being worn by all brand ambassadors. Other jobs also included; stock-take, sorting of stock in storage, polishing and cleaning displays, sales, laybys, answering phones, online orders and open/close duties.

This was a pop-up shop within Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne. I was largely involved in customer service which included gift boxes, recommendations based on individual skin and hair types, instructions on how to best use coconut oil and product sales. It also involved end of day float-counting/balancing and packing up the site with tarps.

I worked once a week at Brighton Veterinary Services as a volunteer. I assisted both the Veterinarian and the Vet Nurse in various jobs such as taking bloods, cleaning cages, passing surgical tools, answering phones, doing the washing, preparing surgical kits and feeding/watering the animals in recovery.
