Senior Resource Manager
Current- Oversee and coordinate Senior Resource Programs (SRC Website, printed resource directory, Resource Advocacy, and community education programing including Elder Abuse and Substance Abuse Prevention).- Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate staff, and volunteers.- Work with Sr. Services Director to ensure program sustainability by seeking funding and program expansion opportunities, assisting in the grant proposal writing process as appropriate. - Work with Sr. Services Director and CSSW Development and Marketing team to create materials to be used in outreach efforts such as program flyers and social media posts. - Manage Senior Resource Connect website including quarterly update of on-line directory, weekly blog posts, monitoring website communication as well as collaboration with agency web developer to make improvements and updates as necessary. - Develop and oversee community engagement and strategic communication plans, including community training presentations. - With support of Director of Senior Services, maintain and provide oversight for all program reporting, proposals, and budgets.- Research best practices and innovative tactics for training and supporting older adults and their caregivers, including those representing Washtenaw County’s most marginalized populations, to incorporate into training materials and engagement strategies.- Directly supervise Resource Advocates/Community Liaisons.
