Lead the mobile devices procurement and distribution function for the Latin America and Caribbean with responsibility for defining the mobile portfolio, strategically sourcing devices, business development by introducing new lines of products to drive activations and revenue generation.Directly reporting into the Group Senior Leadership team and advising on new product opportunities that is aligned with the business strategic objectives and bringing these to market.

Purchasing and Distribution of mobile devices for all of Digicel's 32 markets across the Caribbean, Central America and the South Pacific. - Managing the relationship with Key Logistics Partner to drive stock directly to the channel - Developing inventory policies to drive high inventory turns at the same time reducing cost to the company. - Liaising with nine suppliers to ensure all objectives are achieved. Develop KPI's to drive performance from all suppliers.- Advising all 32 markets to ensure the procurement of the correct product mix to meet sales objectives.- Developed an inventory management system used to streamline all orders from all markets and drive accountability

Responsible for the Procurement of multiple SKU's for the Industrial Division at 3M Jamaica covering the manufacturing, transportation and DIY industries. Reinvented the SKU's classifications using Six Sigma methodology to capitalise on high growth opportunities and drive high inventory turns.Successfully redesigned the Sourcing Policy to drive local purchases.

 Responsible for liaising with the public and private sector in the collection of data for the compilation of three publications. Successfully redesigned the Pocketbook of Statistics and coordinated its sales which resulted in the publication generating the highest sales in 2001  Redesigned and launched a new website which increased the average number of hits per day to over 8000. Trained over 120 persons for the Population Census exercise in three parishes.
