I study the impending systems theory paradigm as it relates to informatics, human development, social services, chaos theory, artificial intelligence, education, and childcare.

I assist Dr. Josh Thompson with grant writing, organization of resources, and presentation of content for teacher education programs. This work includes collaboration, fact checking, research, and writing.

I assisted Dr. Josh Thompson as he taught his signature course, "The Power of Stories and Words". I helped with planning, student engagement, and classroom management.

As the administrator for DMTEP, I was responsible for recruiting applicants, guiding applicants through the registration process, managing student records (digital and physical), converting our filing system from physical filing cabinets to google drive, building and refining processes and strategies to make the student experience more smooth with each successive cohort, and communicating with the national American Montessori Society office. I also go to help keep the lab school organized, and occasionally fill in for our early childhood teachers. At our lab school, Childrens Garden Montessori Academy, we had the privilege of serving students between six weeks and nine years of age.

I assisted with opening and closing, stocking, and selling. I also had the pleasure of learning as much as I could about the fantastic products available at LUSH, and the ethics and responsibilities that LUSH upholds as a community of conscious custodians of the environment.

I assisted with sales, customer service, crowd management, and stocking.
