At Brilliant Noise I managed internal operations including finance, project management, people and culture and IT development, making sure our talented team were supported by effective systems and processes so they could deliver high quality and engaging work. As a member of the management team I supported the company with financial oversight, management information and financial reporting, budgeting, scenario planning, resource management and employee engagement. I also successfully implemented an integrated agency management system (Synergist) after a rigorous analysis of data flows and team and management reporting requirements.I managed the day-to-day work of the project managers, setting up and leading projects as a client partner or project manager for clients including Heathrow Airport, Porsche and Nike.

At Cogapp I managed the production and user experience teams. I was responsible for Cogapp’s team of producers and the management, direction and planning of their larger or more complex digital projects. This included the analysis of client requirements; creative and technical project direction; user experience design; technical and functional specifications; co-ordination of project teams; client liaison and account management.I managed the team that delivered the new web and mobile sites for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York (www.metmuseum.org). I was also project manager for the highly successful Icons of England project, the largest cultural project commissioned by Culture Online, an agency of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport. Other clients have included London 2012, the British Library, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Archives, Macmillan and the European Union.
