Over 10 years' working experience as a qualified RICS rural chartered surveyor. Further accredited as an RICS Registered Valuer. Qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2014. Employed for national Company Carter Jonas from leaving Harper Adams where I learnt the profession of rural surveying and spent nearly 8 years covering estate management and rural valuation and agency in the north of England for private and institutional clients. Following which, I worked more local for WBW Surveyors undertaking estate management, landlord and tenant advice, subsidy and grant scheme advice. I spent 6 happy years in the position before having a family. I am now employed by SRH Agribusiness offering a range of advice to farmers, land and estate owners on the new farming transition schemes, capital grant schemes, subsidy schemes and compliance with industry regulation. Whilst seeking professionalism, I am keen to keep firm sight of my rural roots giving me the appreciation of the agricultural industry.
