As Co-President of the Parents' Association, I was responsible for delivering high quality events for parents; fundraising; volunteer management; liaising between the School and Parent body and ensuring that funds raised delivered projects that were beneficial to students.

Initially engaged to evaluate current business processes and systems and provide a roadmap to improve the business reporting. Our deliverable outlined a change of business software, updated and streamlined processes and further clarity around measuring business success.We were subsequently engaged to deliver the project right through from liaison with the new software provider, data migration, staff training and post go-live support.

I was engaged on a fixed-term contract to lead a large recruitment project for a significant client. The role involved liaising with the client and ensuring both Melbourne and Sydney Mindset teams were across all developments with the project. I was also responsible for executive search for senior positions, and interviewing, shortlisting and presenting candidates.

Morgan Consulting is a boutique Collins Street recruitment consulting firm, and I was initially approached to join the team to implement all Human Resources functions within the business. I successfully designed and delivered annual performance management cycles, position descriptions and key measurables, designed and delivered 3 day induction training programme for all new staff. I identified all key processes within the business, and streamlined these to ensure every team was utilising the systems in the same way, delivering much needed efficiency within the finance team.

The Adecco Group is a Fortune Global 500 company. In Australia, the Adecco Group works across a number of specialist businesses in the recruitment, outplacement and consulting sectors. Australian brands include Ajilon, Icon, TAD, Jonathan Wren, Glotel and Judd Farris.Reporting to the CFO, I was responsible for the Quality Management system for all brands and working with all business heads. My team delivered branch auditing services, and continuous improvement recommendations. Additionally, I was responsible for the Global Satisfaction Survey programme for all of the Australian brands, working directly with the Head Office in Zurich.I was also the programme leader for the largest improvement project across Adecco - the Branch of the Future. This project ran across many departments and delivered improvements via centralising, simplifying and streamlining systems and processes, allowing branches to operate more effectively with signification reduction in administrative tasks. My main task was driving the change management of this project across all levels of the business.

Responsible for quality management and continuous improvement for the Australian and New Zealand operations, comprising 24 branches. This involved managing the internal and external audit process for ISO 9001 certification. Additionally, I initiated and ran several improvement projects, including the Perm Recruiters teleconferences (monthly), and Temp Recruiters toolkits. Additionally, I provided subject matter expertise to the Learning and Development Manager and together we developed an online LMS-delivered training programme for all consultants.
